Training Complete !

Training is now complete with two complete flights being flown, the first was Captain Andrew "Granville" Harrison with First Officer Malcolm Wood flying from Boston to Halifax Nova Scotia, weather was snowing at Boston and pretty murky and windy at Halifax with Granville flying a Localiser only approach to Runway 05

After a short break they then changed seats and flew from London Gatwick to Edinburgh weather was again pretty rough at both airports.  This Time Roddy Maddocks was also watching from the rear of the flightdeck along with myself and Andy Keeney (Training Captain)

Videos of both these flights can be found as podcasts by clicking on the Live Webcam link at the top Right hand column of this blog page.

Malcolm also brought along our new leisure shirts for when we are off duty ... we have them printed with the WorldFlight Logo and UK WorldFlight Crew 747-400 on the front, we have them in 2 shirts each on in  Blue and one in Black ... Malc kindly refuses to let us pay for these.  It makes a nice touch Thanks Malc !  The Crew have decided to wear Full Uniform on the flightdeck as part of our "Suspension of Belief" policy :)

.... Just a few small maintenance things to do till the First Flight just one week away !!
